Our editorial base sits along the South African shoreline, close enough to the properties we review that we can visit on short notice. Whether you are planning a coastal getaway or want to share feedback about a stay we covered, the office is easy to reach.

New Stuartland, NW 5932
The office is a short drive from the N2 coastal route. If you are coming from the beachfront, head inland past the main promenade and turn at the traffic circle near the harbour. Street parking is available in front of the building, and the nearest public transport stop is two blocks away.
If you are driving along the coastal road, take the exit towards the town centre and continue for about three kilometres. You will pass the seafood market on your left and a petrol station on the right. After the second set of traffic lights, turn onto Prince Track. The entrance is marked with a small signboard.
By car: about 10 minutes from the main beachfront
By taxi: ask for the New Stuartland business district
On foot: a 15-minute walk from the promenade
The office sits between the old lighthouse and the municipal park. If you reach the surf shop on the corner, you have gone one block too far. The building has a pale blue facade with a wooden deck at the entrance.
Whether you manage a seaside property you would like assessed or you have questions about a published review, our coastal inspection team is ready to help. We respond to every enquiry during office hours.
Our base is on the Garden Route, close to the properties we inspect most often. Visitors are welcome by appointment only, as the team is frequently out on coastal assessments.

Our working week follows South African Standard Time. During peak holiday seasons we extend the phone line hours so property owners can reach us after their own guest check-ins.
For property owners, include the town and property name in your subject line so we can match your enquiry to the right file. For travellers, mention the review you read and any detail you would like clarified.
We schedule assessments four to six weeks ahead. Tell us about your location, unit count, and the season you would like covered.
Spotted something outdated in a review? Send us the page link and we will verify the details with the property manager.
Whether you are planning a trip along the Garden Route or have questions about a specific property review, send us a short note. Our editorial team reads every message and usually replies within two working days.
If you are reporting an issue with a published review or want to suggest a property for inspection, mention the property name and location in your message. This helps us route your note to the right editor faster.
